Effects of Smoking on The Body

Smoke has many bad effects onsmoke your body, so be careful if you are a ‘great smoker’.

Effects on the lungs

Lung cancer is perhaps the best known effect of smoking, but smoking also causes a number of other lung diseases, including:

• Bronchitis, in which small airways in the lungs to swell and close

• Emphysema, in which the alveoli where oxygen enters the body is swollen and damaged

• Respiratory infections

• Asthma

Effects on the heart and circulation

Smoking increases the risk of heart disease and the risk of a blood vessel blockage.

Smoking causes blood vessels to constrict and harden, increasing blood pressure, and blood to become sticky, thicker and less able to carry oxygen. Persons 40 years increase their risk of heart attack by 5 times if they smoke.

Effects on the skin and eyes

The age-related degeneration of the eye may be caused by smoking and the risk of cataracts (eye color) increases.

Skin cancer, reduced blood flow to the skin, the skin ages faster, wrinkles, dryness and poor healing are all potential health effects of smoking.

Effects on the mouth and throat

Cancers of the mouth and throat, gum disease, reduces the ability of smell and taste, halitosis, oral infections, dental caries, cough and poor healing of dental care are just some of the purposes of establishing cigarette smoke into the lungs through the mouth and throat.

Effects on sexual health

Men and women’s fertility is reduced by smoking. You can also reduce the male hormone (testosterone) levels and lead to impotence by poor blood circulation. For women, smoking can interfere with the menstrual cycle, an increased risk of stroke or heart failure in combination with oral contraceptives and increase the risk of cancer of the cervix.

Effects on digestion and internal organs

Irritation and ulcers in the gastrointestinal tract, kidney disease, cancer of the kidneys, bladder, stomach and liver, weak and poor healing of the bone are some of the negative effects of smoking on health on the internal organs and systems.

Effects on the brain

Brains of smokers may decrease and become less efficient in memory and processing.

In general, the damage that causes the body to snuff is considerable and widespread.

Where Does Acne Come From?

Acne is a major probleacnem for many people.

Often the time of acne is the main problem that goes against it. Acne usually begins in our youth, but adults are also facing this problem. I wish to indicate the number of cases.

1. Changing hormone levels in adolescent girls and women before or during pregnancy.

2. Overproduction of oil in the skin. It can come from many places, such as cosmetics and moisturizes.

3. Increased stress levels.

4. Hereditary factors. Yes, it comes with the genes.

5. Bacteria – When we take care of our health

6. Pick or squeeze acne. Although in the short term to get rid of acne is a good idea in the long term may not be as great.

7. Weather – Environment has an impact on acne in most of our high humidity and pollution

8. Intensely scratch the skin.

There is a myth that foods can cause acne. Has been recently studied this is not the case. Some people may be sensitive to sugar in junk food. This is the only way food can affect acne. It was also studied the hormone that girls can fight acne, because most men have worse acne than women.

Acne is a major problem for our population. Many people get rid of them, but for some scars.
